Delivery information
E-shop delivery time for goods is 1-7 working days (average 3).
If you have chosen "Courier transport" you will be called before delivery. If you have chosen "Parcel machine" you will receive "SMS" when goods are ready.
If you ordered bicycle and chose "Store pickup" you will receive assembled bicycle and e-mail notification.
Bikes which are transported by courier are 95% pre-assembled by Hawaii mechanics. Transport for bikes in Estonia is free of charge.
For returning goods please submit product returns claim and return goods to the nearest Hawaii store.
